Rules for Exhibitors during
the Magnificon EXPO 2024


The exhibitor, through the form, specifies the area rented by them and its type. Available areas:

There is a possibility of sharing one module between 2 artistic booths.

The rented area does not include any furniture, but is limited to trade fair construction. Sales booths can be arranged with the exhibitor's own furniture, but there is no option to forgo the organizer's construction or set up one's own tent. There is an option to rent tables from the organizer at a price of 50 PLN net and dimensions of 80cm x 80cm, chairs at a price of 5 PLN net, as well as additional rental items such as shelves, shelves, carpets, lighting points, glass display cases, and refrigerators, according to the available price list. Other items are negotiated individually, subject to our capabilities:

*A handicraft booth can only be rented if all the goods belong to handicrafts (items produced in a non-industrial manner, possessing artistic values ​​such as handmade jewelry, clothing and other sewing forms, own drawings/graphics sold on various media, scrapbooking, handmade stuffed animals, etc.). If other products, gadgets with commercial photos or graphics, resale products, etc. will also be exhibited at the booth, it should be reported as a sales booth. If you are unsure how to classify the goods for sale, we are happy to help:


The exhibition of goods must only be carried out in the space purchased by the exhibitor. It is forbidden to place racks, baskets, hangers, etc. outside the booth area, i.e. on communication routes or space belonging to another exhibitor. There is also no possibility of attaching goods to the walls of the EXPO KRAKÓW hall, for this purpose, trade fair construction or own stands should be used, also within the exhibitor's own space. There is also no possibility of exhibiting distributors, so-called "A-boards" or advertising outside the booth.


The booth fee is collected by the organizers with a bank transfer before the convention starts. Payment must be made no later than 10.05.2023.


There is the option of paying for the booth, or part of it, in the form of conducting attractions. Details are negotiated individually.


For each purchased area, free tickets for booth staff are provided. Tickets are allocated as follows:

Persons staffing the booth, who are not entitled to a free pass, must be reported in the form and pay a fee of 75 PLN net along with the booth fee. The number of additional passes is limited.


Additional requirements regarding the booth, such as electrical outlets (priced at 250 PLN net for connection), must be indicated in the registration form.


Organizers do not provide sleeprooms for exhibitors, the building is closed at night and exhibitors cannot stay overnight.


The hall will be available to exhibitors at the following times:


  • Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 14:00 to 20:00

  • Friday, May 17, 2024, from 8:00 to 14:00


  • Friday, May 17, 2024, from 14:00 to 21:00

  • Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 9:00 to 21:00

  • Sunday, May 19, 2024, from 9:00 to 18:00


  • Sunday, May 19, 2024, from 18:00 to 22:00

Exhibitors are obliged to clean up the booth by 22:00 on Sunday. Failure to vacate the booth by this time will result in an additional fee for renting the Wisła Hall according to the Expo Kraków price list.


It is possible to send goods by courier - however, this must be communicated to the organizers in the registration email. Expo staff do not accept goods from couriers, so the shipment must arrive at the Expo only on Thursday or Friday. Otherwise, it will be returned to the sender.


Organizers do not assume responsibility for exhibitor's goods, including those sent by courier.


It is possible to issue a VAT invoice for the booth. To do this, fill in the company details in the form. Any changes or cancellations regarding the invoice must be reported to by April 30, 2024.


Booths registered through the provided form that are accepted will be displayed on the website in the "Exhibitors Zone" section. Please fill in the booth description section conscientiously as it will be visible to all Magnificon participants. It is recommended to attach the logo in transparent PNG format. In the case of sharing a booth, both descriptions should be included in the booth description section, and both logos attached.


The organizer reserves the right to refuse to rent a booth to an exhibitor without giving a reason.


The convention organizer does not accept responsibility for the legal status of sales conducted by exhibitors at the convention.


It is forbidden to sell:

  • weapons and ammunition as defined by the applicable Weapons and Ammunition Act,

  • white weapons with sharpened edges, items with blunted edges are allowed only if carried safely for other participants (e.g. packed in cardboard boxes),

  • explosive and pyrotechnic materials,

  • flammable, poisonous, odorous, and radioactive chemicals,

  • articles and graphics contrary to law, good morals, or social norms.


The exhibitor has the right to sublease the booth to another entity only with the written consent of the organizer. This does not apply to artistic booths, which declare this intention through the form, and acceptance of the application is automatically considered acceptance by the second exhibitor.


Booth applications are accepted from April 4, 2024, to April 30, 2024, via the registration form available on the website.


Acceptance of the booth application will be confirmed by email from the organizers no later than May 6, 2024.


Priority in accepting registered booths is given to publishers, sponsors, and exhibitors contributing to the convention program. Only the main sponsors have the right to choose a booth location.


In case of booth cancellation, the booth fee paid by the Exhibitor will be refunded:

  • in the amount of 100%, if the cancellation is made by April 10, 2024.

According to the above rules, the organizer will refund the payment within 21 days after the event.


Cancellation after this date will result in no refund of the booth fee, and if the Exhibitor has not paid the fee by that time, they are required to pay it according to the above rules.


In case of event cancellation, the Organizer will refund the full booth fee within 30 days. In the event of a change in the event date, the Exhibitor may apply for a full refund within 30 days of announcing the date change. Otherwise, the reservation and payment will be transferred to the new date. The Organizer does not refund other costs incurred by the exhibitor in connection with the event change or cancellation if the cancellation/change was due to force majeure.


It is forbidden to place advertisements, announcements, information, etc. in any form independently (including pasting any posters) throughout the entire EXPO KRAKÓW venue, except within the rented sales booth area - all advertising spaces, including walls and doors, are owned by EXPO KRAKÓW and any charges will be calculated according to their price list. This also applies to EXPO KRAKÓW walls in the case of booths without construction. To place any advertising materials, please get in touch with 


Booking a booth is synonymous with accepting the exhibitor regulations and the convention regulations. Additional terms of booth rental not specified in the regulations will be discussed individually with the organizers.


In the event of an unreported/unpaid booth appearing at the festival, it will be removed at the expense of the exhibitor.
