
The regulations of the Magnificon Winter EXPO 2025
§1 General provisions
1. The Regulations apply to the Festival of Japanese Culture and Pop Culture – Magnificon Expo WINTER 2025, taking place on November 29–30, 2025 – hereinafter referred to as the festival, and are established between:
MiOhi Marta Oleksy – registered in CEIDG under NIP number 6372027174, REGON 122544228, with its registered office at ul. Żeromskiego 4/31, 32-305 Olkusz, being the organizer of the festival, responsible for enforcing compliance with the Regulations,
and the Festival Participant, as defined in point 2 §1.
2. A festival participant is any person who:

has purchased an entry ticket to the festival under the conditions specified in §2

is an Exhibitor – under the conditions specified in §3
-
is an Attraction Contributor,
-
is a person working at the event,
-
is a person invited by MiOhi.
3. Every person present on the festival grounds during its duration is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

§2 Participation
1. Every person who is a Festival Participant as defined in point 2 §1, as well as organizers and security services, may be present on the festival grounds.
2. An entry ticket to the festival can be purchased:
a) in presale, by making a reservation through the reservation system available on the website magnificonexpo.com or on site on the day of the festival, and by paying the applicable fees shown in the table below.
b) on site at the festival on the day of the event.

A VIP ticket entitles the holder to stay on the festival grounds from 9:00 AM on the first day of the festival until 6:00 PM on the last day of the festival, excluding nighttime hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

A two-day Saturday–Sunday ticket entitles the holder to stay on the festival grounds from 9:15 AM on the first day of the festival until 6:00 PM on the last day of the festival, excluding nighttime hours from 9:00 PM to 9:15 AM.

A one-day Saturday ticket entitles the holder to stay on the festival grounds from 9:15 AM to 9:00 PM on November 29, 2025.

A one-day Sunday ticket entitles the holder to stay on the festival grounds from 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM on November 30, 2025.

Children up to 6 years old – free admission. For children aged 6 to 10, tickets are available at the price of 70 PLN for both festival days and 50 PLN for one day of the festival.
3. The number of tickets of each type is limited.
4. The payment for a ticket as specified in point 2a) §2 must be made via online payment or on-site using cash or a payment card. It is allowed to make payments on behalf of third parties.
5. The online presale of tickets lasts from July 9, 2025, to November 27, 2025. MiOhi reserves the right to suspend or extend the presale, particularly if the festival is canceled or the entire ticket pool is sold out. Tickets can also be purchased on site during the event.
6. Each festival participant receives a wristband from MiOhi, which must be worn in a visible place throughout the festival.
7. Sharing the wristband with third parties is strictly prohibited.
8. Persons without a wristband or with visible signs of attempted removal/cutting of the wristband will be removed from the festival grounds.
9. The loss of an ID and/or wristband must be reported to the festival accreditation point as soon as possible. A new ID and/or wristband may be purchased at an individually determined price.
10. Minors under the age of 13 may remain on the event grounds ONLY when accompanied by a guardian.
11. Every minor (13+) staying on the festival grounds without an adult guardian must always and without exception carry a signed guardian consent form for participation in the event. The template is available on the website https://magnificonexpo.com/
12. Persons with a certificate of moderate or severe disability who have purchased a ticket for the event may receive a free ticket for a caregiver. To collect the caregiver wristband, a valid ticket and a document confirming the degree of disability must be presented at the accreditation point. Use of this option is voluntary and depends solely on the participant's decision.
13. Bringing animals onto the festival grounds is prohibited, with the exception of assistance animals for persons with disabilities or service animals (e.g. guide dogs, dogs working with security).
14. By accepting the event regulations, the participant agrees to the free recording and distribution of their image in photo and video materials created during the event by the Organizer or entities authorized by them, for documentation, promotional, and informational purposes, without territorial or time limitations.
15. The participant has the right to file a complaint regarding the event, purchased services, or products offered by the Organizer within 14 calendar days after the end of the event. Complaints should be sent by email to info@miohi.pl or in writing to the Organizer’s address: ul. Żeromskiego 4/31, 32-305 Olkusz. The complaint should include the participant’s name and surname, contact details, a description of the event forming the basis of the complaint, and the expected resolution. The Organizer will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt – lack of response within this period will be considered as acceptance of the complaint.
16. The participant agrees to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for the organization of the event, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). The data controller is the Organizer of the event. The data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. The participant has the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data.
§3 Exhibitors
1. An exhibitor becomes any person who rents a booth at the festival or is part of the crew of the rented booth.
2. The conditions for renting a booth are precisely defined in the Exhibitor Regulations available at https://magnificonexpo.com/
§4 Rights and obligations of the convention participant
1. Participants are required to behave in a respectful and polite manner throughout the duration of the festival and while on its premises.
2. Participants are required to follow safety rules and to assist anyone in need. In the event of any danger to the health, life, or property of persons present on the festival grounds, Participants are required to immediately notify the Organizers or Security.
3. Participants are required to follow the instructions of the Organizers, Staff, and Security personnel.
4. All individuals present on the festival grounds are prohibited from bringing in or using, as well as consuming, items or substances that may pose a danger to others, in particular:

alcoholic beverages, intoxicants, and drugs,
-
any type of firearms or melee weapons, including training weapons and realistic replicas (this point does not apply to shows, LARPs, and the Cosplay contest. However, each such item must be reported to the Organizer),
-
flammable, poisonous, or radioactive chemicals,
-
explosive and pyrotechnic materials,
-
personal defense items such as pepper spray, electric stun guns, batons (including telescopic ones).
5. Participants are obliged to keep the festival area clean and tidy.
6. It is forbidden to damage any property. The perpetrator is financially responsible for any damage caused, or, if the perpetrator is a minor, their guardian bears full responsibility.
7. Smoking tobacco is strictly prohibited on the festival grounds except in designated smoking areas. Any attempt to violate this rule may result in immediate removal from the event.
8. It is prohibited to consume alcohol or any intoxicating substances on the festival grounds, as well as to remain on the premises under their influence. Any attempt to violate this rule may result in immediate removal from the event.
9. Any form of harassment, stalking, violence, threats, or violation of other participants' physical or emotional boundaries will not be tolerated. Such behavior must be immediately reported to the Organizers, Security, or Staff. The Organizer reserves the right to immediately remove the perpetrator from the event without refund and, if necessary, notify the appropriate authorities.
10. It is forbidden to independently post advertisements, announcements, posters, or other promotional materials on the premises of EXPO KRAKÓW. All surfaces (including walls, doors, and other elements of the infrastructure) are the property of EXPO KRAKÓW and are subject to fees according to its pricing list. Any exceptions to this rule are only possible after prior arrangement with the Organizer.
11. Participants are responsible for their own health, including:

carrying necessary medications if required due to chronic conditions or emergency situations (e.g. asthma, diabetes, allergies, etc.),
-
carrying health information (e.g. in the form of a medical bracelet, a note in the wallet, or on the phone) that may be useful in the event of a medical emergency.
The Organizer is not responsible for any health consequences resulting from the Participant's failure to comply with the above rules, nor for medical decisions made by emergency services or individuals providing first aid during the event.
12. Any political agitation is strictly prohibited on the premises of the event, including the distribution of materials, symbols, content, or slogans of a political nature. The event is apolitical, and any attempt to violate this rule may result in immediate removal from the event grounds.
13. There is no place at the event for any form of discrimination based on religion, beliefs, origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, appearance, disability, or any other characteristic. Discriminatory, offensive, or hate-inciting behavior or speech will result in immediate response from the Organizer, including potential removal from the event.
14. All lost and found items during the festival will be photographed and posted on our social media after the event. Items can be returned to their owner – the condition is to generate an InPost shipping label (parcel locker to parcel locker) and send us the code via email or fanpage message. The Organizer commits to storing lost items for up to 30 days following the last day of the festival.
15. Tickets purchased in presale via the festival website can only be refunded in the event of festival cancellation or a change in the time or location of the festival. The request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the announcement on the Magnificon website regarding the cancellation or change.
§5 Rights and Obligations of MiOhi
1. MiOhi undertakes to provide convention participants with attractions specified in the event program available on the website https://magnificonexpo.com/ before the start of the convention.
2. MiOhi undertakes to update the program of attractions on the website as soon as possible after any changes are made.
3. MiOhi does not accept responsibility for parts of the program that do not take place for reasons beyond MiOhi's control, particularly such as: the absence or unpreparedness of a speaker or technical issues with their equipment.
4. MiOhi provides festival participants with security and a First Aid Point during the festival.
5. MiOhi does not provide health insurance for festival participants. Participants may purchase insurance at their own discretion.
6. MiOhi is not liable for random incidents resulting in loss of health or life.
7. MiOhi does not accept financial responsibility for participants’ belongings left unattended.
8. MiOhi reserves the right to cancel the festival or change its date and/or location without prior notice or stating the reason, due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: national mourning, introduction of pandemic restrictions, illness, indisposition, or other objective reasons not attributable to MiOhi that prevent the festival from being held. In such cases, ticket holders retain the rights provided by applicable law.
9. MiOhi reserves the right to refuse the sale of a ticket and/or admission to the festival to any individual without providing a reason, especially to persons posing a threat to the safety of participants, persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or persons who may damage the good name of the Organizers, Co-organizers, or Festival Guests.
10. Security personnel, with MiOhi's consent, have the right to inspect participants’ belongings in order to prevent or detect violations of the rules.
11. MiOhi has the right to remove from the festival grounds any individuals who violate the Rules and Regulations. Such individuals are not entitled to a ticket refund. In the case of minors, their parents or legal guardians will be notified.
§6 Final Provisions
1. MiOhi reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations without prior notification to participants. The current version of the Regulations, immediately following any changes, will be published on the convention's website at http://magnificonexpo.com.
2. Purchasing a ticket by the Participant is equivalent to accepting these Regulations.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, decisions are made by MiOhi, guided by the well-being of the Participants based on the Civil Code.
4. Failure to familiarize oneself with the Regulations does not exempt the Participant from compliance with them.
