It’s a place where cosplayers from Poland and all around the world have the opportunity to sell their prints, meet their fans and friends, and take part in special Meet & Greet sessions!

 

What does Cosplay Station offer? 

Cosplay Station is a space where you can combine your passion for cosplay with the chance to make new connections and meet your fans! Fixed meeting times and location make it easy to plan your schedule, allowing attendees to have the opportunity to meet their cosplay idols in person.

Cosplay Station offers time slots of up to 2 hours per person so you can enjoy your meetings without missing other convention attractions such as cosplay contests or photo sessions! 

Participation is FREE – all you need is a valid ticket for Magnificon Expo 2026.

 Who is Cosplay Station for? 

Applications are open to both experienced cosplayers and those just beginning their cosplay journey. Your level of experience doesn’t matter – everyone gets a chance to show themselves! 

Cosplay Station is also open to creators from Europe and around the world – we want it to be a place for the international cosplay community to meet and inspire each other right here at Magnificon! 
 

 

 Applications 

Apply using the form available below. The form will be open from 07.04.2026  – 01.05.2026 If you’re part of a cosplay duo, you can apply together – you’ll be given a shared time slot.

From all valid submissions, we will select the participants who will be invited to join Cosplay Station. A list of the selected creators, along with links to their social media, will be published on the convention’s website.

We hope that Cosplay Station will become a place where cosplay lives, breathes, and shines – and where you can spread your wings before the Magnificon community!

RULES

 

General Provisions

1. Applications are accepted only through the online form available on the event website.

2. Application period: 07.04.2026 – 01.05.2026, until 11:59 PM.

3. The Organizer will respond to applications within two days after the submission period closes.

4. Submitting an application means acceptance of the Magnificon Expo 2026 Rules and Cosplay Station Rules.

5. The Organizer does not send confirmation of receiving applications. We recommend sending a copy of your completed form to yourself when submitting.

6. Incomplete applications will be automatically rejected. In other cases, the Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject an application without giving a reason. An application may also be rejected if a person received a slot at Cosplay Station for two consecutive editions of the convention. Failure to show up for your time slot without prior notification to the Organizer will result in a ban from subsequent editions of the initiative.

Cosplay Station

1. Each person may submit only one application; sending multiple applications will not increase the chance of receiving a slot at Cosplay Station.

2. For cosplay duos, a single joint application should be submitted – the duo will receive a shared time slot.

3. The Organizer provides a table measuring 80x80 cm and a chair (or chairs, in case of a duo) for use during the assigned time slot.

4. During each slot, the table is reserved only for the assigned cosplayer. Assistance from another person (e.g., a friend or partner) is permitted, but that person must not wear cosplay or present/sell their own prints.

5. During their designated slot, participants may decorate their allocated space with small stands, albums fitting on the table, or a roll-up banner.

6. The convention Organizer bears no responsibility for the legal status of the sale of prints or other items displayed at Cosplay Station.

7. It is forbidden to place advertising materials, racks, etc., outside the designated space. Attaching posters, banners, or other items to the walls of the EXPO KRAKÓW hall is not allowed.

8. Each cosplayer receives an additional 15 minutes before and after their time slot. This time should be used to set up the space (see point 2.5) before their time slot and to clean up afterward. Cosplayers should hand over their booth to the next person in the exact same condition they found it.

9. The display or sale of content of an erotic nature, promoting violence, or inciting hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups is strictly prohibited.

10. The Organizer may order the immediate removal of materials or items that pose a safety risk or violate the regulations and, in extreme cases, may remove individuals who violate these rules from the convention area.

11. When applying, cosplayer may indicate their willingness to exhibit in the restricted 18+ zone of the convention. The 18+ zone allows for the display and sale of adult content (such as erotica, gore, and horror). In such cases additional restrictions apply, as outlined in the zone's Rules.

12. When applying, cosplayer may express a desire to be placed on the waiting list if their application is not accepted. If a time slot becomes available, cosplayers on the waiting list will be notified of their availability. Please note: Time slot availability may be announced as late as Friday, May 15th.

Final Provisions

1. Participants consent to the use of their image in promotional materials and event coverage.

2. In matters not regulated by these Rules, decisions will be made by the Organizer.

3. Lack of knowledge of the Rules does not exempt participants from compliance.
