Cosplay Champions Cup
Criteria and performance format
An international solo cosplay competition with its finals held in Budapest. In this contest, both the costume, props, and stage performance — lasting up to two minutes — are evaluated. During the presentation submitted for the CCC preliminaries, only the registered contestant may appear on stage. The participation of any additional individuals, whether in cosplay or not, is strictly prohibited. The winning participant from Poland will qualify for the international finals.

A reserve participant will also be selected. The prize for the finalist includes covered travel costs to Budapest and accommodation during the competition.
Participants
Any person holding Polish citizenship or permanent residence in Poland for at least two years may participate in the Cosplay Champions Cup 2026 Preliminaries, provided they register for the Cosplay Contest in the category “Cosplay Champions Cup 2026 Preliminaries” and turn 18 by April 10, 2026.
Individuals directly involved in organizing Magnificon Expo, the Cosplay Champions Cup 2026 finals, or any partner events of the current tournament cycle are not eligible to participate.
Costumes
The costume entered in the Cosplay Champions Cup Preliminaries must be a recreation of an outfit appearing in any source material such as animated films, manga/comics, video or computer games, or similar works published either domestically or abroad under a commercial license. The source material does not have to originate from Japan. Costumes based on fanart or original works published without a commercial license (e.g., only on platforms such as DeviantArt) are not eligible.

The costume must be made by the contestant. Accessories such as wigs, shoes, or glasses may be purchased, but any modifications must be the participant’s own work. Contestants must disclose if they received assistance from others during the creation of their cosplay.

To participate in the contest, you must fill out the registration form linked at the bottom of the page. The deadline for submissions is November 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
