“Where Is Nifi?” Contest – hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”

​

Magnificon Expo 2026 – Festival of Japanese Culture and Pop Culture, taking place on May 15–17, 2026 – hereinafter referred to as the “Convention”

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of participation, prizes, and winning conditions of the Contest held during Magnificon Expo 2026, taking place on May 15–17, 2026, in Kraków at EXPO Kraków, ul. Galicyjska 9.

2. The Contest is organized by MiOhi, entered in the CEIDG business register under NIP 6372027174, which is also the organizer of the Convention.

3. A participant is any artist who has an artist booth at Magnificon Expo 2026, displays a contest artwork somewhere within their booth, and also places the note provided by the organizers describing the Contest. One booth may feature as many artworks as there are artists officially registered for that booth; however, in such cases, each artwork must also be signed by its artist. Collaborative works created by artists sharing one booth are also accepted.

4. The Contest runs from May 15, 2026 to May 17, 2026. The results will be announced within one week after the event.

5. The winners will be selected by Convention attendees through a voting process. Posters with QR codes linking to a Google Form where votes can be cast will be displayed throughout the Convention. Each attendee may cast one vote only, and the vote will be linked to their unique ticket number.

6. The Contest task is to independently create a variation of the Magnificon Expo 2026 mascot in any form and display it anywhere within the rented booth space. A reference image of the mascot is available on the Convention website and is also included in the Contest rules.

7. The Contest results will be announced by the Organizer on Instagram, the Facebook fanpage, and by email to the winning booths.

8. The grand prize in the “Where Is Nifi?” Contest is a guaranteed booth spot and a 100% discount on a booth at the next winter edition of Magnificon 2026, for the same type of booth as the one rented by the Contest participant during the summer 2026 edition.

9. The Organizer reserves the right to grant honorable mentions or additional prizes at its own discretion.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a booth from the Contest for violating the main booth regulations or for any other reason, which will be provided upon the participant’s request.

11. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Contest rules until May 15, 2026, cancel the Contest without stating a reason, and modify the prizes if the number of participants is too low.

12. In matters not regulated herein, the final decision rests with the Organizer.
