• “Where is Nifi?” contest – hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”

• Festival of Japanese Culture and Pop Culture – Magnificon Expo 2025, taking place on May 23–25, 2025 – hereinafter referred to as the “Convention”

1. These rules specify the conditions of participation, prizes, and terms of winning the Contest during the Magnificon Expo 2025 Convention, held from May 23 to May 25, 2025, at EXPO Kraków, Galicyjska Street 9, Kraków.

2. The Contest is organized by MiOhi – registered in CEIDG under the NIP 6372027174, acting as the Organizer of the Convention.

3. A participant is any artist who has an art booth at Magnificon Expo 2025, places a contest entry somewhere at their booth along with the contest description card provided by the Organizer.

A booth can display as many entries as there are registered artists at the booth, but each entry must be signed by the respective artist. Collaborative entries within a single booth are also accepted.

4. The Contest runs from May 23 to May 25, 2025. The results will be announced within one week after the event.

​

5. Winners are chosen through voting by Convention attendees. Posters with QR codes leading to a Google Form will be displayed throughout the venue. Each attendee may vote once, and the vote must be linked to their unique ticket number.

6. The contest entry must be an original variation of the Convention mascot "Magnificon Expo 2025", presented in any form and placed somewhere at the artist’s booth. The mascot reference is available on the Convention website and also attached to the contest rules.

7. The Contest results will be announced by the Organizer on Instagram, the official Facebook fanpage, and by email to the winning booths.

8. The grand prize of the “Where is Nifi?” contest is a guaranteed booth placement and a 100% discount for a booth of the same type during the winter edition of Magnificon 2025, as rented by the participant in the spring edition.

9. The Organizer reserves the right to grant honorable mentions or additional prizes at their discretion.

​​

10. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a booth from the Contest for violating the main booth regulations or for another reason provided upon request by the participant.

​​

11. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules until May 20, 2025, cancel the Contest without prior notice, or change the prizes if there are too few participants.

12. Any matters not covered in these rules will be decided by the Organizer.
