ZONE

​The 18+ zone is a special, closed-off area of Magnificon Expo dedicated to content and products exclusively for adults (18+). It is a space where exhibitors can present and sell materials containing erotic, gore, and other adult-oriented content intended solely for attendees who are 18 years or older.

What is this zone for?

The purpose of the 18+ zone is to create a safe and appropriate environment for exhibitors and participants who wish to present and explore adult-only materials. It ensures a space for engaging with various types of content that may not be suitable for younger audiences.

How does exhibiting in this zone work?

Exhibitors who wish to present their products in the 18+ zone must register with the accreditation desk and comply with the guidelines outlined in the regulations. It is required that products meet the criteria, meaning they should represent content exclusively for adults (e.g., erotic materials, products featuring horror, gore, etc.). If you are not sure if your products qualify into the zone, please contact us via wystawcy@miohi.pl.

Entry to the zone

Only adults (18+) are allowed to enter the 18+ zone. Upon verification, they will receive a special 18+ wristband. All attendees must present age verification at the accreditation point. Security personnel will be stationed at the entrance to check the wristbands.

ZONE 18+ RULES

§1  Presentation of Adult Content

Content suitable only for adults (18+) may be exhibited and sold exclusively within the enclosed 18+ zone.

This includes erotic materials and other adult content, such as:

  • materials containing gore, splatter;

  • products presenting psychologically intense content, such as strong emotional triggers like thrillers or horror.

§2  Definition and Acceptability of NSFW Content​

The 18+ zone permits the sale of:

  • products in yaoi, yuri, hentai, ecchi categories;

  • erotic toys and other adult items;

  • manga, doujinshi, artbooks, figurines, or posters depicting clear nudity, eroticism, ahegao, and other sexual content.

§3  Verification and Access to the 18+ Zone

  • Entry into the 18+ zone requires a visit to the accreditation point with an ID confirming age (18+).

  • Verified individuals will receive a wristband granting access to the zone.

  • At the entrance to the 18+ zone, security personnel will check if the attendee has a valid 18+ wristband.

  • Transferring the wristband to an unauthorized person will result in immediate removal from the event.

§4  Monitoring and Compliance with Regulations

The Exhibitor Coordinator oversees compliance.

Violations, such as displaying inappropriate or illegal content, will result in immediate removal of the materials from the display.

Serious or repeated violations may lead to exclusion from the event without a refund.

§5  Exhibitors' Responsibility

Exhibitors are responsible for:

  • ensuring all offered products comply with Polish law,

  • adhering to all rules concerning the presentation and sale of adult materials.

Additionally, exhibitors must pack sold goods in a way that ensures they can be safely taken out of the 18+ zone without being visible to underage convention attendees.

Attendees are also obligated to conceal or secure any items purchased in the 18+ zone when exiting it.
